On March 29, 2012 (7.00 pm), MACRO - Museo d'Arte Contemporanea Roma opens the first major solo exhibition in Rome dedicated to Marco Tirelli, working since the late Seventies, and today one of the most popular Italian artists.
On display about 25 works focusing on light and form, all specifically conceived for the museum spaces.
While one of the pavilions will host a group of paintings in which forms and objects are recognizable, the other will be completely transformed by the artist with an environmental installation.
A total experience for visitors, played on the contrast of light and shadow and on the relationship between pure geometric forms, showing one of the main features of the artist's work.
